Governance
GOpenCDR and GOpenCNR each have three councils; the Joint Council settles conflicts between them. Motions, votes, seats and vetoes are public.
The log
Every change in all three services is an entry.

The registries

Names: TLDs, DNSSEC, mirrors and resolverscdr.gplatform.org
Networks: private address space, ASNs and the overlaycnr.gplatform.org

Policies for both registries live in one policy library. Developers use one API reference for all three.
